All Voices Mediation Network is a collaborative initiative dedicated to mediation, education, and professional support in the fields of family conflict, diversity, disability, inclusion, and cross-border practice. Our work combines interdisciplinary knowledge, international perspective, and a shared commitment to dignity, dialogue, and meaningful participation.

We work with families, professionals, institutions, and organisations seeking approaches that are responsive to complexity, attentive to lived experience, and grounded in both professional integrity and human respect

OUR VISION

We envision a Europe in which mediation is recognised not only as an alternative to litigation, but as a vital and constructive process for addressing conflict in ways that uphold dignity, participation, and relational responsibility.

We are committed to a future in which families and professionals working across borders, cultures, and differing life circumstances can access mediation and support that are inclusive, skilled, and responsive to complexity. Our vision is grounded in the belief that disability, vulnerability, cultural difference, and lived experience must not be treated as marginal concerns, but as central realities that mediation and professional practice must be able to address with competence and care.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to provide inclusive, accessible, and professionally grounded mediation, training, and advisory support for families, professionals, organisations, and institutions.

We work to strengthen dialogue, foster meaningful participation, and promote approaches to conflict and difference that are ethically grounded, culturally responsive, and attentive to vulnerability. Through practice, education, and collaboration, we seek to contribute to stronger professional standards, wider access to justice, and more inclusive ways of working across family, social, and organisational contexts.
