Professional training for more reflective and inclusive mediation practice
We provide specialised training for mediators, legal professionals, counsellors, educators, and other practitioners who wish to strengthen their capacity to work inclusively in mediation and dialogue processes. The training is designed for professionals seeking not only methodological competence, but also greater awareness of how disability, culture, health, identity, lived experience, and power dynamics affect participation and communication.
Our programmes combine conceptual clarity, reflective practice, case-based discussion, and practical tools. Participants are invited to examine both the technical and the ethical dimensions of mediation, including professional positioning, cultural responsiveness, accessibility, and the conditions that enable genuine participation.
The aim is to support the development of mediation practices that are not only effective, but also more humane, more attentive to complexity, and more consistent with contemporary European standards of inclusion and professional responsibility.
