Inclusive processes for situations shaped by disability, vulnerability, and difference
We provide mediation and dialogue-based support in situations where disability, chronic illness, neurodiversity, vulnerability, or experiences of social exclusion shape communication, relationships, and conflict. In such contexts, standard approaches are often insufficient. What is needed is a process that is accessible, responsive, and capable of recognising the practical and relational implications of lived difference.
Our work is informed by inclusion, respect for participation, and attention to communication needs, emotional safety, and structural or interpersonal imbalances. We do not approach difference as a complication to be managed away, but as a reality that must be understood and engaged with care.
Our objective is to support clearer dialogue, reduce misunderstanding, and create processes in which each person can participate meaningfully and with dignity.
